Web design for education consultants and migration agents
Students and visa applicants are deciding who to trust with their documents and their money, often from another country and on a phone. Your website has to make your registration, your services and what happens next obvious before anyone fills in a form.
Migration agents Code of Conduct
Registered agents work to a prescribed Code of Conduct, so fee wording, client information and service pages are built to sit inside it.
ESOS National Code 2018
The National Code binds the providers you represent, and Standard 4 pushes that onto agents by agreement, so course outcomes are described inside it.
Form 956 appointment
A signed Form 956 is how Home Affairs is told who acts for a client, so intake and document upload pages are built around that step.
What education consultants and migration agents need from a website
-
Registration details a reader can check
Registered migration agents have to show their MARN in advertising, and that covers the website and social media, in each language the site is published in. Applicants are also warned to be wary of sites that imply Australian Government endorsement, so your details need to be plain, accurate and easy to match against the register.
-
Keeping education advice and visa advice apart
Only registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners can give immigration assistance, so an education agent who is not registered has to stay clear of it. That line is easy to blur on a website, where one enquiry form and one page about how you help can quietly cross it.
-
Course and intake details date quickly
Entry requirements, intakes and campus details shift through the year, and providers publish the agents they engage, so what your site says about a course or a partnership can be checked against them. A site that is slow to update ends up misleading people by accident.
What we build for education consultants and migration agents
Registration details built into the theme
Your MARN, registered business name and office addresses sit in a custom WordPress theme so they appear across the site and in each translated version, not only on the contact page.
Secure document upload forms
Custom-built upload forms for passports, transcripts and financial documents, stored on Australian hosting with access limited to the staff who need it, instead of files drifting through email and messaging apps.
Course and visa service pages
A WordPress structure for courses, providers, intakes and each service you offer, so your team can correct an entry requirement or pull a course down without waiting on a developer.
Enquiry forms that route properly
A staged enquiry form that captures nationality, current visa status and study history and sends it to the right consultant, without the form itself stepping into advice.
Multilingual pages built for mobile
Hand-coded, mobile-first pages that stay light on a phone overseas, with translated versions carrying the same registration wording as the English pages.
Care plan for policy changes
Updates, backups, monitoring and security patching, plus the small content changes that follow a rule change, a new intake or a new provider agreement.
Common questions
Can you make sure our MARN shows correctly on the translated pages too?
Yes. The registration wording lives in the theme rather than being typed into each page, so it appears site-wide and can be set in the equivalent wording for every language you publish. If more than one registered agent works in the business, we set up how that is displayed and where it links so a visitor can verify it.
We are an education agent, not a registered migration agent. How should the site handle visa questions?
We build the site so the boundary is visible: education services in one part, and anything visa-related handled the way your registration allows. If you are not registered, that usually means keeping page copy, enquiry forms and calls to action clear of immigration assistance and pointing people to the register instead. You approve the wording before we build, though — we design around where the line sits, we do not decide where it sits.
Can students upload documents through the website instead of emailing them?
Yes. We build upload forms that write to storage on your Australian hosting, with permissions set so only the right staff can open them. It is worth agreeing a retention approach at the same time, since passports and bank statements should not sit on a web server longer than they need to, and we can pass submissions through to your case management system if it has an API.
