Adds an Australia Post shipping method to WooCommerce that quotes live Parcel Post and Express Post rates at checkout, based on each product's real weight and dimensions.

Satchel or box — worked out automatically
Determines whether the order fits an AusPost satchel or needs a weight-based box, and can show the customer both prices so they choose.
Uses real product dimensions
Reads each product's weight and dimensions from its Shipping tab, falling back to a default parcel size when none are set.
Fees, markup and caching
Optional handling fee and percentage markup on top of the AusPost rate, with quote caching to keep checkout fast.
Why not just use the free one?
Generic shipping plugins treat AusPost as one carrier among fifty. This one does one job: Australian stores shipping with Australia Post, with the contract-rate support and MyPost Business quirks handled properly.
