Fair questions
What happens after the first 12 months?
You choose: continue on a simple annual licence, roll the plugins into a care plan, or stop using them — your site keeps working either way. We'll quote the renewal before month 10, never after.
Do I lose the plugins if I leave Synex?
No. Licences you've paid for run to the end of their term regardless of who looks after your site. The terms are written down — you'll have them before we start.
Who supports them?
The developers who wrote them. Support and security patching are handled by our team in Brisbane, on the same response times as our care plans.
How are updates delivered?
Through the normal WordPress updates screen, as versioned releases with a changelog. No manual file swaps, no FTP.
